2010 Master Cleanse
The lemonade diet recipe detail is here:
• 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon.
• 2 tablespoons of grade B Maple Syrup.
• Add cayenne pepper according to your preference
• A glass of pure water.
That's the lemonade portion of the master cleanse that a few friends and are starting tommorrow.
Today I'm limiting my intake to live/juiced foods to sort of easy into it.
Some of us will be using 2oz. of warm spring water mixed with 2 Tbsp. of sea salt in the morning. I myself have choosen to go with smooth move tea as I just threw up the salt water last time I attempted that.
