I love my friends! My aunty and I went up to Portland and Sarah, Donnie, Danny and we went to see a couple of shows. The Suicide Note of a Cockroach was delightful! I laughed a lot. Then we ate food and hit up the E room so Donnie could get his 5 for 5 vodka drink wrist band. You should have seen how fast he was walking! LOL.
The next mornings early ass trip wasn't as bad as I thought it would be so I could have skipped the sleeping in my car (since Donnie found me anyway). But I did go back to sleep after that. J.Hib was late but I thought she was even later which made my crack about her being dead from a car wreck so lets go party less funny. LeAnn was hella chill and funny, a little beligerant after the mix of drinks she consummed but no one got hurt so YAY! We had dinner at Blue Moon http://twitpic.com/auc1z and then we checked out the Sand in the City event in Pioneer Square. Meet up with Jackie and Andy (LeAnn's sister and bro. in law) they were cool and fun too. Went to Kelly's and then back to the DDs.
I was about to take a nap with Mat and Jazz showed up and we visited a bit. This blog is making me miss PDX hella.
The hotel was a nice touch although we missed out on the pool from sheer exhaustion.
Sunday we duffed around and found this really yummy place to eat, Clay's SmokeHouse Grill http://clayssmokehouse.ypguides.net/ (even had food for vegetarians). We BBQed well I pretended I was going to help but was easily distracted as usual. Qlaire came and it was super to see her. Later J.hib and I insisted on driving her home because she was helmetless.
Just before leaving town we got to see Mary Beth for lunch at a yummy place called DragonFish.
Now I better get to work.
